Hi,

I enjoyed reading this and several other entries in the "Making of an Anthology" series and learning more about the behind-the-scenes process, but it seems that parts 1-4 are no longer available at the Apex site. Is there any chance you might make those posts available again, either at Apex or at your blog? Thanks very much!

1-4 were eaten by a virus that hit the website. Eventually, those entries will be available as part of a compilation. Thanks!
