Spare Time?

jennifer_brozekDon't have any. Right now, my life is very busy. This is a good thing for a freelancer but sometimes, it's a little vexing because I don't get to do some of the fun writing I want to do. I think Neil Gaiman said it best, "It's too hard to blog when you're writing."
I've been working on my "pays the bills" writing, then the White Wolf SAS writing, then doing some research for the new anthologies I've been invited to write for (if I can figure out an appropriate story for each) and then there is the Sword and Sorceress 24 anthology that I've got a story knocking around. Oh, yes. I have the slush piles for TEoP and Apex to go through.
Spare time? What's that?
Yeah, and the last week I had a friend visiting from CA. Next week, I have Norwescon. (My schedule is here.)
But then, I have 3 glorious weeks of no nothing to make sure I get my White Wolf SAS project done and make some serious headway on the "pays the bills" writing and hopefully get to at least one of those anthology stories.
I love being busy but, sometimes, it is difficult.
Oh! And I just thought up an idea for one of the anthologies. Cool.
