jennifer_brozekGood gracious, I hate missing a deadline. Technically, I haven't… really. But, it feels like it. One of my "paying the bills" editors asked me where I was on the current assignment because he wanted to give me more. I hated telling him that I would not be done this week like I thought I would and told him the extenuating circumstances (in hospital with visiting best friend after emergency surgery). It felt bad. He understood and is juggling around the assignments to make sure I get the "Not Due Now" assignments. I appreciated that and I'm going to push myself to make sure I am done early next week.
