The Scatterbrained Muse Strikes!

Darn it. Why is it, when I want to concentrate on my novel (something I'm already having a hard time with), I am overwhelmed with excellent ideas of other stories – both short stories and a novella? I think I'm going to have to start chopping up my day into hours per fiction project because I'm not only working on the novel. There's TEoP, Colonial Gothic and other stuff, too.
