jennifer_brozekI received a gift with the phrase "Deadlines Amuse Me."
My first thought on reading it was to interpret the phrase as "Dead Lines Amuse Me." As in chalk outlines on the ground and autopsy marks amuse me. Instead of thinking of the due date of contracted work.
I think it says that I do my best to not miss any deadlines.
I also think that it means that I have a very morbid view on life. Especially when viewed through the written word.
So, I'm a good author who writes a whole lot of horror.
