It's all a balancing act.
Hi Jenn,
I've been working on the stories in 'holding' today, and I'm sorry but 'Eulogy for Muffin' isn't going to be a good fit so I'm releasing it.
I loved the whispering idea, children picking up on it first, their solemnity of the service... In fact, apart from getting a little confused as to which pet died first at the very beginning (and that may well be me), I thought it a well-written and captivating story. However, the whispering made it very difficult to place in the anthology.
